Annual One-Day Conference for Newly Qualified Teachers, 14th May 2014

The annual one-day conference for Newly Qualified Teachers will be taking place on the 14th May 2014, at Rookery Manor, Somerset.

This is a another fantastic opportunity for Newly Qualified Teachers to attend a one-day introductory conference led by Paul Ginnis.

Paul led the 2013 conference and the feedback from the NQTs was so positive we have asked Paul to facilitate in 2014.

Feedback from 2013 conference:

“Brilliant course with an inspirational speaker.  Would recommend to anyone”.

“Fantastic conference, lovely to discuss ideas with other NQTs in both primary and secondary schools. The speaker was inspiring and the content of the conference were extremely useful”.

“Fantastic day which I have found incredibly useful. Not only have I taken away new things to try but also given me the confidence to trial an idea I have avoided from doing this year”.

Trainer profile:

Author of the best-selling Teacher’s Toolkit, Paul has worked in over 3500 schools in the UK and in 60 or so international schools in the Middle East, Far East, America and Europe. All his ideas are forged at the chalk face but inspired by some of the world’s leading educational thinkers. Essentially, Paul is a reflective practitioner. These days everyone needs to impress inspectors, but Paul believes that you need to open yourselves to some important ideas about learning and go beyond current inspection criteria if you are to become the kind of teacher that modern students need.
